  My husband and I started working with Ken at Konstant Fitness about 6 months ago. Bare in, mind the beginning was more difficult, but I did not think it took that many muscles to balance on a bosu ball! Along with the health and physical benefits of weight loss and finding lost muscles (still finding lost muscles), it has made huge improvements to our mental composition. Less stress and more patience.
