  I have to say this is by far the most unprofessional firm there is. I was involved in an accident a week ago. I have done everything asked of me. The person that was responsible has admitted his fault last week. I spoke to an adjuster by the name of Neil. He informed me they had everything the only thing they needed was to see if the policy covered it. Neil was rude and unprofessional, I had a friend who works for the FBI that was listening in in the calls. They lied to me several times. Then he told me he doesn't have to give me any information. He hung up on me. I'm beyond furious and I don't have time for the games. My vehicle is my company vehicle which I cannot drive because it's damaged my passenger door and my alignment is off now because the impact of the tire that flew off the other drivers vehicle axle. I'm still getting given a run around. I have spoken to the other driver, who has informed us that he has already given his recorded statement last week. Why am I still dealing with the lies and drama! Also not to mention I called Friday to speak to the owner, he was in mediation, then I called today to ask for the owner now he is in vacation till the end of the week. Hope this place is fined for there lack of professionalism and not giving me the information I'm requested which is my right by law.
